These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Paradigma's website and your engagement with our financial education services. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

1. About Paradigma

Paradigma provides structured financial education programmes to individuals in Singapore. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute licensed financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) or the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289) of Singapore.

Our services are designed to improve financial literacy, planning capacity, and decision-making awareness — not to direct specific investment decisions on your behalf.

2. Services and Programmes

Paradigma currently offers the following educational programmes:

• Financial Wellbeing for Sandwich Generation — 6-week programme, SGD 420, four advisory sessions
• Introduction to Sustainable Investing — 4-week programme, SGD 380, three sessions
• Personalised Financial Roadmap — 14-week programme, SGD 1,250, six sessions with semi-annual review access for one year

Programme details, session formats, and included materials are described on our Solutions page and confirmed in your enrolment documentation. Paradigma reserves the right to update programme content to maintain quality and relevance.

3. Enrolment and Agreement

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of your completed enquiry and our written confirmation of availability. A binding service agreement will be issued prior to commencement, which incorporates these Terms by reference.

By confirming enrolment, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you have provided to us is accurate and complete
• You are engaging our services for your own education and not for resale or redistribution

4. Fees and Payment

Pricing

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fees are confirmed in writing prior to programme commencement.

Payment terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before the first session commences. We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods confirmed at the time of enrolment.

Receipts

A payment confirmation will be issued upon receipt of cleared funds. Please retain this for your records.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By you

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

If you wish to withdraw from a programme entirely:

• Withdrawal before the first session: a full refund less an administrative fee of SGD 50 will be issued
• Withdrawal after the first session but before the halfway point of the programme: a pro-rata refund for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Withdrawal at or after the halfway point: no refund is ordinarily available, though we will consider exceptional circumstances

By Paradigma

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer an alternative time. In the unlikely event that a programme must be discontinued entirely, a pro-rata refund for unused sessions will be issued.

6. Nature of Financial Education

Our programmes provide educational content and frameworks to assist your own decision-making. They do not constitute:

• Licensed financial advice or investment advice under Singapore law
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial product
• A guarantee of any financial outcome or result
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice

You remain solely responsible for all financial decisions you make. We encourage you to consult appropriately licensed professionals for specific product or investment recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, worksheets, guides, and other resources provided by Paradigma — whether digital or physical — are the intellectual property of Paradigma and are provided for your personal educational use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use programme materials for commercial purposes or share them with third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information shared during advisory sessions as confidential. We will not disclose your personal financial circumstances to third parties except as required by law or as set out in our Privacy Policy.

We ask that you similarly treat any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or materials shared during our sessions with appropriate discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Paradigma's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific programme in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of profit, investment losses, or financial decisions made on the basis of educational content shared.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission
• Use the website in any manner that could impair its operation or harm other users

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Access to the website may be suspended for maintenance or other reasons without notice.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content of external sites. You access them at your own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your individual service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paradigma regarding the subject matter covered.
